Adventuring on my own

The 3rd September was a public holiday here in HK which meant the girls got sent home on the Wednesday night and would return Thursday night. I decided I wanted to be a bit of a tourist and do some exploring of the Island at night so after the girls left I got straight on a bus to Central.

My plan was to get to central and take the start ferry back across to Kowloon and see the light show. As it was I was running late and ended up being on the ferry when the light show started which was pretty cool.IMAG2438 IMAG2435 IMAG2427 (1) IMAG2418 IMAG2415

Once I’d had a look at the light show I had a walk over to the night markets. I thought it wouldn’t take too long to walk but I ended up getting the MTR up to Jordan and then walking to the markets.

I wandered around and even bartered for a few things which was weird but I did manage to get them to drop the price by a bit.

I really enjoyed being out on my own and feeling like a tourist hehe it was great fun!
